Job Title: Salesforce Business Analyst

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a degree in computer science or business management, with extensive experience in Salesforce implementations. The Salesforce Business Analyst will play a crucial role in understanding and translating the business needs of our organization into Salesforce solutions. This individual will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, create user stories, conduct gap analyses, and ensure successful implementation and adoption of Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and objectives.
  • Translate business needs into Salesforce solutions by analyzing current processes and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop comprehensive user stories, process maps, and documentation to support Salesforce implementations.
  • Conduct gap analyses to identify areas where Salesforce solutions can address business needs more effectively.
  • Prepare user acceptance test plans and participate in testing activities to ensure the quality and functionality of Salesforce solutions.
  • Facilitate stakeholder communications and provide regular updates on project status and milestones.
  • Provide guidance and support to project teams throughout the Salesforce implementation lifecycle.
  • Stay informed about Salesforce best practices, updates, and new features to continuously improve processes and solutions.

Mandatory Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Business Management from an accredited college or university. Alternatively, four (4) years of additional qualifying experience can be substituted for the bachelor’s degree. The substituted experience must be in addition to the required years of experience.
  2. Minimum of three (3) years of full-time equivalent (FTE) experience within the last seven (7) years as a Salesforce Business Analyst on Salesforce implementation projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Salesforce Administrator or Developer certification(s) preferred.
  • Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
