Our client is looking for a Project Coordinator to provide Project Coordination Services on behalf of the Information Technology Services department. The Contractor shall provide resources with the technical skills and personal leadership to perform all related services.

Must have the following experience:

1.Communication: Facilitating effective communication between team members, stakeholders, and clients, and providing regular updates on project progress.

2. Documentation: Maintaining project documentation, including meeting minutes, project files, and reports, to ensure clear and accurate records.

3. Task management: Tracking project tasks, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure they are completed on time and according to requirements.

4. Budget tracking: Monitoring project expenses and resources

5. Quality assurance: Assisting in ensuring that project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations. •

6.Team support: Providing administrative support to the project team, such as scheduling meetings, and coordinating logistics. •

7.Problem-solving: Assisting in resolving issues and conflicts that arise during the project 

8.Continuous improvement: Contributing suggestions and ideas to improve project management processes and methodologies
