We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Office Engineer I to support construction project teams through administrative and engineering coordination. This role is ideal for individuals with a background in engineering or construction management who excel in managing project documentation, ensuring compliance, and facilitating efficient communication across project stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain detailed and organized construction project files, records, and logs in compliance with internal and client standards.

Review and process daily field inspector reports to ensure data accuracy and timely updates.

Track and manage project issues, including Requests for Information (RFIs), submittals, non-conformance reports, and changes in site conditions.

Support project managers and field teams with technical and administrative documentation to ensure alignment with engineering standards, codes, specifications, and design requirements.

Coordinate the review, distribution, and approval process for submittals and RFIs, ensuring timely responses and resolution.

Assist in the preparation of meeting agendas, minutes, and progress reports.

Utilize software tools, including B2GNow, to manage subcontractor compliance, reporting, and documentation.

Interface with contractors, design consultants, and owner representatives to facilitate efficient project delivery.

Assist with schedule monitoring and coordination of third-party inspections and testing.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably on large-scale construction projects.

Familiarity with industry codes, standards, and best practices.

Proven experience using B2GNow compliance tracking software.

Excellent organizational, documentation, and communication skills.

Ability to interpret construction drawings and technical specifications.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software (e.g., Procore, e-Builder, Bluebeam).
