The client turns waste wood into on-site power and domestic advanced carbon materials. Its target markets are low-carbon concrete and resins, PFAS water treatment, installation energy, and battery-grade carbon. The consultant will lead the engagement and serve as a senior federal advisor to IMRI’s client, with IMRI’s EVP & CTO serving as IMRI’s point of contact and approving all deliverables.

SCOPE OF WORK AND DELIVERABLES:
- Lead the engagement end to end, including the plan development, deliverables, budget, subject matter experts (SMEs), and client executive communications.
- Deliver the client's federal readiness package, covering technical evidence, compliance, and marketing collateral.
